Please submit your ticket via our online ticketing system instead of via email to make sure your ticket are registered correctly and you are being attended immediately.  In many cases email being deposited into spam box and not being attended by our support staff on-time.

Effective from 16 May 2017, we have improved our support ticket system where domain name will be validated before ticket is created, this method will assist in support efficiency and faster responding time by our support staff, if you encounter any difficulties while using this new system, we appreciate your feedback.
