You can create additional FTP account according to the maximum allowed under your package. To create your FTP account, Simply login to your cpanel choose FTP Manager -> then select FTP Account -> add FTP Account, give the username and password for this newly created FTP account.
You can change your password from cPanel. Unless you lost your cPanel password please submit support ticket to http://www.firstonline.com.my/support so our technical staff can reset it for you. Please take note that your domain is protected by our firewall against intrusion and unauthorized access. If login password are being enter by error continuously for 5 times the IP address of the user will be blocked by our firewall. If you accidentally entering your password by error (either email password or cPanel password) continuously for 5 times and being blocked by our firewall, please obtain new IP address by restarting your modem and router, you will then able to access again. By default only high scoring spam will be deleted, however you can choose to deliver this email by changing the setting in your cPanel under MailScanner.
